For years, I have been giving courses for groups and individuals with different specialisations and in the unique field of air and circus artistry. If you want to increase your athletic performance while having fun and like to train effectively and intensively, then I’m the right choice for you!
Individual training
Based on your own wishes and ideas, I will put together an individual training program for you. We can concentrate on building up your muscles and the flexibility of your joints and design the training in such a way that it not only challenges you, but also is so much fun that you won’t want to miss it.
Private lessons
Are you looking for an intensive cardio workout with music accompaniment? Would you like to do really challenging weight training regularly? Or would you finally like to improve your flexibility? I also offer my three courses as private courses for individuals, couples and small groups. We can mix different elements and adapt them to your wishes.
Learn to fly!
As a trained and practicing aerial artist, I can also help you to learn how to “fly”. This training is very exhausting, but you will have so much fun that your body automatically builds up a lot of muscles. We train the whole body tension and practice power-intensive, creative and aesthetically demanding figures on the trapeze. This training is suitable for everyone who loves variety, lightness and playfulness.
Training languages
We can communicate in German, English or Spanish, and of course also only with gestures.

My training can take place indoors as well as outdoors.
